Donations will be offered to organization or charity of choice for groups of 10+ volunteers

Chips / Straps Pick Up Distribute pre-ordered, timing chips and chips straps.

Chip Check Assist participants with proper scanning of timing chip to verify name and race number and activation of timing chip. Keep line flowing smoothly.

Task Description Volunteer Hours
Parking / Traffic Flow Directing participants and spectators to parking locations.  Keep traffic flowing smoothly.  Take charge, assertive personality.

Full day volunteers will be moved to alternate position after completion of this task

Volunteer Check In Assist volunteer coordinator with placement of volunteers, distribution of volunteer goodie bags (water, snack and tee-shirt). Seated position. Pre-Race Shift

Late Packet Pick Up Assist participants, who were excused from attending Mandatory Expo, in picking up their registration packet, checking photo I.D. and signing waiver on race morning.

Chips / Straps / Caps Replacement Assist (and calm) participants who forgot/broke or lost their timing chip, chip strap and/or swim cap.

Fill & replenish water tubs with water bottles and ice at all times.
